How can I help you?

I work with you to establish the root cause of any functional imbalances that may be drivers of ill health, and then address these imbalances through nutrition and lifestyle changes. We work together to:

  • Correct nutrient deficiencies that may arise from chronic stress and/or damaging substances or behaviours

  • Support hormonal changes and imbalances

  • Support gut health – stress, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, as well as the standard Western diet that’s high in refined foods and sugar may affect the integrity of the gut lining and microbiome. Poor gut health affects our immune system, cardiovascular system, hormone balance, brain health, skin, joints - everything!

  • Stabilise blood sugar levels to help reduce cravings, balance hormones and support mood

  • Support neurotransmitter function which may be out of kilter due to genetics, chronic stress, substance abuse or a poor diet

  • Improve disrupted sleeping patterns

Nutrition information sheets, recipes and meal plans are provided as part of your workshop, course or 1:1 coaching package to support your journey towards optimum health.

My symptoms since I started the 3-month nutritional therapy programme are much improved. I am sleeping through the night, also feeling calmer and less anxious.
