ABOUT THE YOGA
I chose to train in Kundalini Global because of how it works with the stress system. We use breath and postures that ultimately help us feel less anxious and contracted, and we experience how movement and breath can help us - quite quickly - feel energised and open-hearted, or quieten the mind and bring stillness.
The practice supports our nervous system health - neurotransmitter release, vagal tone, fascia and psoas muscle release and I explain a bit as we go along. It's unattached to any religious or spiritual practice and it's suitable for all body types and levels of fitness and postures are adapted to the needs of the participants.
